CEO · Business Coach · Power Trainer · NLP Practitioner

Some people talk about transformation. Mr. Asif has spent 25 years making it happen.

As the CEO of Self Made Bangladesh and Director of Group 71 Ltd., MD Fakruddin Asif stands at the intersection of leadership, business mastery, and human potential. With over 500 training sessions and more than 100,000 lives impacted, he is one of Bangladesh’s most trusted voices in sales transformation, leadership development, and personal growth.

The Journey

Asif’s career began with a strong foundation in technology, serving as an MIS professional at Cyber Hosting BD Ltd. and as a Lecturer at the Cyber College of Japan. This early blend of systems thinking and education shaped a leader who doesn’t just inspire — he builds frameworks that work.

Over the next two decades, he rose through the ranks — leading Maknom International Ltd. as Managing Director & CEO for nearly a decade, overseeing sales, marketing, finance, and corporate training operations at scale. His executive journey also includes CEO-level leadership at one of Bangladesh’s most reputable firms.

What He Brings

Asif holds a Master in Computer Application (MCA) and a degree in Computing Information Systems (CIA) — academic depth that complements his real-world edge. He is a Certified Business Coach, a Certified NLP Practitioner, and has trained under some of the world’s finest coaches and facilitators.

His programs — including flagship bootcamps like “From Seller to Sales Leader Bootcamp”“The Leadership Blueprint: From Self Mastery to Team Impact” “One Skill – The Mother of all Skilss (The Life Growth Mastery)” — “Close the Deal – a real estate sales mastery” – are built not on theory alone, but on 25 years of boardroom experience, field-tested strategy, and human psychology.

The Mission: Asif believes every leader carries an empire within. His mission is simple: help them build it.

Whether through corporate training, public bootcamps, or one-on-one coaching — he shows up with one goal: results that last.

“For the world you are someone, but for someone you are the world“ — MD Fakruddin Asif
